Application of Information and Technology has created challenges for the library community from its beginning, moving it away from the traditional paper based library to Digital Library and Virtual library. Now the Defination of the library has totally changed. Library is not remaining only as a building or a physical repository of information . It has crossed limitation of four walls of buildings. Librarians are required to adopt new technology to enhance services. Librarians have to change themselves in Digital era. Librarians are required to use the changing technology to provide the best service to their users. Librarians must accept and adapt to the new techniques and systems as well as new skills.
